Whoa! It has just been announced that I have won a new award and I am over the moon. I was shortlisted as a finalist at the Global Wedding Awards a few months ago. This afternoon I found out that I have won “Specialist Bridal Makeup Artist of the Year 2021” category. To say I am delighted is an understatement.
As you know, the last 12 months have been tricky. Particularly as a wedding supplier. However I am very proud of the customer service I have given all brides during this tough time, despite my own struggle both emotionally and financially. The lack of weddings hit suppliers hard but I have successfully moved most brides to new dates where applicable. I refunded those brides I was not able to accommodate quickly. These strange times have tested many small businesses. Recognition from both clients and official awarding bodies is always a welcomed boost.
Second award during lockdown…
This is the second award won during lockdown and fourth to add to my shelf. A huge thank you to everyone who left me reviews on my social media and Google. As well as sending wedding photographs for me to use for the judging process. Your help is always appreciated and I always receive lots of lovely support.
